This unit supplies manufactured new garments, not only to our retail outlets but also to the trade throughout the country and further a-field; this includes London’s ‘Saville Row’ and New York’s ‘5th Avenue’.
With the weekly production of 250 garments its unique size-linked state of the art equipment allows individually designed garments to be produced to a standard surpassed by none.
Every garment differs from colour, cloth type and chest size, a high degree of hand-tailoring is involved. The collar, for example is handmade and the shoulders are pre-sewn to ensure all the stripe lines match.
Our air-conditioned, 50,000 sq ft unit can process any variety of a tailored garment – from its manufacture, to repairs and alterations. Every garment presented will not leave us without being dry-cleaned and hand-pressed.
